All sales are final. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 40 percent restocking fee. Merchandise warranties vary depending on items and La Imperial Furniture  promotional sales. All floor and display items are sold AS-IS. La Imperial Furniture is not responsible for any merchandise that leaves our store locations. We do not warranty any damage that is made to floor and display items. Customers assume risk of damage if we perform delivery on floor and display merchandise. Delivery dates are subject to change.
